Prophetess, Evangelist and the sister of former heavyweight boxing champion of the world Anthony Joshua, Janet Joshua just took to her Instagram stories to bring awareness to the reason why some internet websites normally ask users if they are robots and should therefore confirm their identity by clicking images.
Janet Joshua reportedly gave the reason for saying, and quote, “Now you understand why they have been asking us if we are robots when we log into emails, the plan is that robots substitute human resources. WHAT A WICKED WORLD”
Nonetheless, contrary to her statement, the robot tests that are conducted by many websites on the internet is to filter out bots that people create for a lot of purposes. Some of these bots can be used to spam in the comment sections with repeated texts, scrape off data from the websites, abuse the redirection system and cause denial of service attacks.
So it appears that Janet Joshua’s statements may be too unrealistic at the moment because there is perfectly a good reason why website creators used such security methods.
