Popular and controversial Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky, has issued a warning that he may soon reveal the names of seven Nigerian celebrities he claims to have been romantically involved with in the past.
In a recent video posted on his social media, Bobrisky expressed frustration over the way Nigerian politicians and celebrities treated him while he was still in the country. He particularly reflected on his recent troubles with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), noting that many of his celebrity friends abandoned him during the ordeal.
His remarks come shortly after he left Nigeria for the United Kingdom. Upon his arrival, Bobrisky announced plans to participate in a television series and expressed his intent to stay in the UK. He lamented the legal and societal restrictions he faced in Nigeria, emphasizing that he felt unrecognized and alienated.
“The time is coming when I will list seven celebrities I have dated. The time is coming when I will expose fake people in that country. They are so fake,” Bobrisky declared.
He further criticized Nigerian authorities for focusing on him instead of more pressing national issues. “I never knew I was so special until last year when ministers and senators started discussing me. Imagine a whole minister leaving work to focus on Bobrisky. Am I that important?”
Bobrisky also pointed out the challenges of gaining legal recognition for his gender identity in Nigeria. “If I lived in Nigeria for 100 years, they would never put ‘female’ on my passport or driver’s license. But here, I am respected for who I am,” he stated.
His comments have sparked discussions online, with many anticipating whether he will follow through on his threat to expose the celebrities he claims to have dated.
