A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday dismissed the alleged examination malpractice case against Senator Ademola Adeleke.
The charges against him were dismissed by Justice Inyang Ekwo.
Justice Ekwo in his ruling on Friday said he took the decision following the prosecution’s decision to withdraw charges against him.
The judge noted that the trial of the other four co-defendants in the case, who were re-arraigned on Thursday on a seven-count amended charge would however proceed.
