A bus conductor identified as Tobi Musiliu was on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 shot dead at sight by unknown armed men at night near Eid ground, Oremeji expressway, Ibadan.
LiveTimesng exclusively gathered that Tobi was hit by the bullet at around 8:30 pm while trying to avenge okada rider whose motorcycle was about to be stolen by unknown armed men in the area.
Our source revealed that Tobi was a bus conductor whose bus shuttle between Iwo Road and Gate but for unknown reason came to Oremeji area on Wednesday night.

It was gathered that Tobi met his assailants dragging with the okada rider who forcefully wanted to snatch the motorcycle from the victim. But out of pity to save the okada rider from the thieves, Tobi who didn’t know the thieves were with guns attempted to scare them away but instead of the thieves to become jittery, they rather brought out gun and shot at his sight and went with the bike.
LiveTimesng also gathered that all effort to save Tobi’s life proved abortive as he gave up ghost at University College hospital (UCH) in Ibadan.
It was also gathered that the officials of the hospital refused to release his corpse for a reason that is yet unknown but it was learnt the hospital expect the family of the deceased to pay for hospital bills before they can release his body.
