An International Footballer identified as Chikeluba Francis Ofoedu was slapped by a military man simply known as Nasiru for driving against traffic at ShopRite Road along Garden Avenue, Enugu, Enugu State.
According to a reliable source on Facebook, the incident occurred before the Camera man started recording the scene.
The footballer who is playing for Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C., was on his right lane blocked the soldier driving against the traffic with Peogeot 505 Saloon car. It was alleged that the soldier slapped the man which made the scene chaotic.
Another man who identified himself as a Military Police aggravated the faceoff when he took side with the army.
The footballer insisted that the army will not go after he has slapped him for not committing any offence.
