The Nigerian Airfoce and the entire nation was on Wednesday thrown into mourning following the death of the first Nigerian female combat pilot, Tolulope Arotile.
It was gathered that the road accident that took the life of the promising young combatant happened at the Nigerian Airfoce Base in Kaduna State after she sustained injuries on the head.
A former senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, Shehu Danni has however reacted to the death of Arotile, revealing that he had passed through the road that claimed the life of the record breaker just few minutes before the accident occured.
He said this via a post on his official twiiter handle on Wednesday morning.
Sanni described Tolulope Arotile as “a shining star who broke barriers & defied conventions.She raced through an uncharted & dreaded path & braced d tape in victory.She refused to be hindered by neither d ceiling nor d sky.She was a woman who conquered d impossible”

Tolulope who joined the Nigerian Air Force in 2017, went to Starlite International Training Academy in South Africa to complete her flight studies and upon completion was recognized as the first Nigerian female combat pilot earlier this year, and just few months after she became a pilot, she died in a road accident yesterday.
