There seem to be looming danger in Oremeji area of Ibadan as some residents were seen scooping fuel from a tanker that fell in the middle of the Iwo Road end of the Lagos – Ibadan Expressway.

Although some security agents are there, not much pressure is being exerted to ward off the opportunists, perhaps because of the fuel scarcity still biting across the ancient city, or because they are scared of the lurking danger of explosion.

There is, however, the need to halt the deadly act as it also constitutes danger to innocent motorists and commuters.
