The Rector, Prof. Akinola Akinlabi on behalf of the Management and Staff of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora commiserated with the Dean, Faculty of Agricultural Extension, Home and Rural Economics, Mrs. J. O. Olaniyan over the death of her mother, ‘Mama’ Esther Ayanbisi who answered the home call in the early hours of Monday, February 27, 2023.
According to a condolence message signed by the Registrar, Mr. Rasheed Fasasi Adenrele Adeniji, the Rector described the death of the Centenarian as a monumental loss.
Mrs Esther Ayanbisi joined the saints triumphant at the age of 103.
The Rector prayed the Almighty God to fill the vacuum left by the death of Mama Esther Ayanbisi and grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Burial arrangements will be announced later.
May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
