The six persons tested positive for coronavirus who escaped have been re-arrested.
They were reportedly picked up middle of the night in Ido Osun close to the state capital. Also, the member of the family from Abidjan who harboured the group have also been picked up and transferred to the state coronavirus facility center.
Recalled that it was earlier reported that panic gripped residents of Osun State after the six persons who tested positive escaped from isolation centre at Gedu in Ejigbo area of the state.
It was gathered from an unofficial public announcement that the state has launch manhunt for the six persons who escaped from the isolation centre on Friday night.
The announcement enlisted the names and phone numbers of the six infected persons;

It was also reported that when the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Ismail Omipidan was contacted on phone, his line was not reachable as at the time of filing the report.
