The District Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Prayer Mountain of Mercy (Ori Oke Aanu), Ojoo, Ibadan, Pastor Isaiah O. Alade, popularly known as Omo Woli, has called on Christians to uphold holiness and righteousness as they march forward as Christian soldiers.
Speaking during a sermon titled “Onward Christian Soldiers” at the weekly Mercy Once Again prayer meeting held on the mountain in Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo State, Pastor Alade emphasized that dedicated Christians should recognize that they are not of this world, as a great treasure awaits them in heaven. He urged believers to place their trust and courage in God.
The cleric stressed that obedience to God’s word and adherence to His commandments bring progress and prosperity. He encouraged Christians to remain steadfast in their faith, assuring them that God rewards those who diligently seek Him.
Pastor Alade also prayed for God’s blessings upon those who earnestly seek Him, reaffirming that divine rewards await acts of faithfulness and devotion.
Mercy Once Again Prayer Meeting is an interdenominational gathering held every Wednesday at Christ Apostolic Church, Ori Oke Aanu, Ojoo, Ibadan. The meeting, which begins at 9:00 AM, serves as a platform for believers to pray, praise, and worship God.
